    ate here tonight and let me first say the service for us was great! Top notch! Some reviews complain about their service is lacking per say but ours was great. Our food came out prompt and pretty fast. The food was so so but overall it was a very pleasant

    I hardly get Togo orders, however, I did tonight. 1st: I ordered Sav. Blanc and got Pinot Grigio. 2nd: when while I was waiting on my food the bartender was talking at a very high volume to another employee about what kind of tattoo she wanted to get. Then told me she'd be right back. I haven't seen her since. 3rd: when my food did come I had to pick the tomatoes, I told her to leave off, off; ask the manager for the hollinday sauce, that was supposed to come with the steak; & ask for my ceaser salad dressing. I paid my bill before I received my food, I left 20%, big mistake! It's no wonder they are shutting these stores down!!

    Although I love the concept of this store, and I'm glad that Birmingham has a Red Lobster, I'm saddened by the constant lousy service. I'm not one to complain, please look at my other reviews, but this location seems to need help with the front line staff. They aren't rude perse, they are just not present or seem to not care to give good service. Often times I'll order a three course meal. It's slightly frustrating that by the time I get done with my meal, there is a mountain of plates on my table. This last time, my server even forgot to bring me food/drink I ordered and charged me for it. My suggestion is to maybe have managers who visits tables to obtain feedback, specifically about the service. The food and the menu itself is great, the service however needs drastic help and should be the companies top priority.

    People were rude and food was bad I spent $100 and wish I went and got a $5 fish at mc Donald's so sad and they were so rude this is the second time sad

    Recently visited with a large party. A few of us arrived a few minutes early and they were already set up for our group. We were promptly greeted by our server Khaliem, who immediately took our drink orders and brought out some warm biscuits (which actually taste better than they did a few months ago when I was there). We were a group of 20 boisterous personalities arriving at various times but he handled us with what seemed to be effortless ease and patience. All of our main courses arrived to the table at the same time, which probably was a feat in itself. The food was yummy and it was an overall pleasant experience. I see the improvements at this location, so props to the management and staff! I wasn't ever really a big fan of Red Lobster before, but this experience has helped me start to change my mind.

    The meal was delicious and the service friendly. We were seated quickly. They even gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. We had the chocolate wave. The Caesar salad was tasty but had a bit much dressing. You might ask for it on the side. The Tilapia was cooked well. Biscuits were a treat. The restaurant was clean and we had a comfortable booth. Good variety on the menu. We will return.

    This place has gone to the dogs. The employees are all moving in slow motion. Lots of attitude too. We were seated but no one ever came to wait on us. We left. We will not come back. Hope this place closes down soon so another restaurant can take its place. Goodbye Red Lobster.

    Love the shrimp... Always go to endless shrimp every year. The waitress's are all very attentive

    Over the past 15 years this once beloved american chain of seafood restaurants has sadly declined. The quality of food is horrible and is comparable to something you may find at a drive thru window. Portion sizes are not consistent and skimpy at best. Their cocktails come with a measly 1.25 oz of alcohol and ran me 8$. The service was good, as was the famous cheddar biscuits. If you want good seafood that hasn't been frozen I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

    We arrived about 5 p.m. to celebrate my Mom's birthday (she loves the lobster from here). Our food was excellent in quality and our server was very attentive to our needs, which included bringing a cake from Edgar's Bakery to the table that we had brought in and hid from Mom. Reading previous reviews, this place may have had some issues but I can tell you that we had a great time and had superlative food. I would definitely go back.
